Arriving to your schedule appointment on time is very important. Reyna has reserved this time specifically for you. We ask that you notify Reyna if you are running behind. Please note there is a 10 min grace period for haircuts, color and hair extension appointments only. If you have a consultation booked and you are running late. The appointment will have to be rescheduled. *Deposits are nontransferable and nonrefundable no exceptions     

Appointment must be canceled or rescheduled at least 5 days before your scheduled appointment  to avoid cancellation fee. Failure to do so will result in 50% fee of the service total for the original appointment. One time fee per last minute cancellation will be added to any future appointment. By rescheduling you acknowledge the 50% fee of service total will be added to the rescheduled appointment and will be paid when you come in at the end of the service. If you'd wish to not pay the fee, rescheduling will not be an option.

*Same day cancellation/rescheduling will result in 100% fee of the service total. Fee must be paid before rescheduling can be done. .

If canceling or rescheduling becomes frequent, booking future appointments  will not be an option. We kindly ask that you only pre book or make appointments when you know your schedule. Changing your appointment constantly or last minute  can make it difficult for others to fill the time slot. Please be mindful when booking your appointment to help Reyna optimize her schedule this will allow for everyone new and returning clients to have a chance to come in.

No show guests will not be welcomed back into Hairbyreynaa Studio.

We understand life happens and sometimes you will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment the same day. Reyna asks to inform her as soon as possible.  Same-day rescheduling/cancellation will have a 100% fee for the service you were scheduled for. If you'd like to reschedule an invoice will be sent and will need to be paid before booking any appointments. Payment can be done via Zelle, or Apple Pay. Please note if same-day cancellations/rescheduling become very frequent, you will not be able to book any future appointments with Reyna.

If you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fee . It is very important you do not show up to the salon sick. If it is clear you are sick, Reyna will not be able to move forward with your scheduled appointment. Canceling/rescheduling a few hours before your appointment will be considered as a "same day cancellation" check policy above for more information.  

Reyna has sharp tools and chemical services are provided in the salon. Kids will not be allowed in the studio, please plan accordingly for any appointments. No additional friends, family, significant others will be allowed. The studio is small and can only accommodate you and Reyna.

Some services require deposits to be made before hand via  Zelle or Apple Pay. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Hair must be purchased before installation appointment is booked. Purchase of hair extensions will be done at the studio at the end of the consultation appointment. Once hair has been purchased and ordered it can not be returned/refunded.  ALL SALES OF HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL. If you decide to cancel your installation appointment, you will set up a date with Reyna to pick up the hair extensions as soon as possible. Hair extensions not picked up within 7 business days will forfeited no exceptions.

Reyna reserves the right to stop or deny services to anyone. She may ask you to leave the studio at any point. Especially if she is to feel unsafe at any moment. Like stated above unkind or rude behavior will not be tolerated.
