Why is a consultation appointment necessary for new color and hair extension clients?
It’s essential for us to take the time to discuss your hair goals together. Meeting in person allows me to assess your hair/scalp and have a detailed conversation about your desires. I’ll be able to provide you with an estimate and outline the maintenance costs for the look you want. This time together helps me figure out how much scheduling is required, as I prefer not to rush and want to be accurate rather than make guesses.
Due to a high volume of inquiries and clients, I can no longer accommodate text consultations; it would mean being on my phone constantly! Additionally, I cannot assess via text whether your scalp/ hair is too compromised for coloring or hair extensions. The health of your hair is always my top priority.
