Before your appointment

  • Eat before your appointment or pack a light lunch; snacks and drinks will be available.

  • Wash and blow-dry your hair the day before or the morning of your appointment. If you have hair extension appointment, please refrain from using any hair products or conditioner near the scalp. Shampoo your hair twice to ensure it is clean.

  • Moisturize around your hairline and ears to reduce the risk of skin staining during your color appointment.

  • Wear clothing that you don't mind getting stained, as color or lightner may transfer onto your clothes during coloring or lighting services.

  • If you plan to go out after your appointment, bring makeup for touch-ups, as some makeup around the hairline may smudge when washing out the color.

During your appointment

  • Prepare for extended periods of sitting. You're welcome to bring along a book, a laptop, or similar devices. A TV with various streaming services is available for your enjoyment.

  • I will guide you through each step of the process as we proceed. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

  • I will demonstrate how to care for your hair and suggest any necessary products along the way.

Policies

Rescheduling/cancellation

Please reschedule or cancel a minimum of 7 days before your scheduled appointment. This will allow for a better chance to fill appointment slot. At the moment there is no cancelation fees. If rescheduling or canceling becomes frequent a deposit will be required to book your future appointments. Deposit amount will depend on service. Deposit will not be refundable or transferable. No exceptions.

No-show/same-day cancellation

No show guests will not be welcomed back into Hairbyreynaa Studio. I understand life happens and sometimes you will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment the same day. In case of emergency please inform me as soon as possible you wont be able to make it.

Extra guests

Children are not permitted in the studio, so please plan accordingly for your appointments. Unfortunately, additional friends, family members, or significant others will not be allowed. The studio is small and can only accommodate you and me.

Deposits

Certain services necessitate that deposits be made in advance through Zelle, Apple Pay, or an invoice. Please be aware that these deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Hair extensions

Hair must be purchased before installation appointment is booked. Purchase of hair extensions will be done at the studio at the end of the consultation appointment or through text. Once hair has been purchased and ordered it can not be returned/refunded. ALL SALES OF HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL. If you decide to cancel your installation appointment, we will set up a date to pick up the hair extensions as soon as possible. Hair extensions not picked up within 7 business days will be forfeited no exceptions. *NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Private studio

I reserve the right to stop or deny services to anyone. I may ask you to leave the studio at any point. Especially if I feel unsafe at any moment. Unkind or rude behavior will not be tolerated.
